 We meet before the staff council monthly meeting, as we started this year out three off campus members were not always able to meet with us it was about November before we are organized and had decided what our focus would be.

 We meet with Duane Ritter on December 11, 2003 to get an update on the classification and pay plan and to know what will be happening if there are layoffs.

 We started off our new year by asking staff for questions and concerns to present at a meeting we wanted to have with Arnet Mace and Andy Brantley to clarify questions and concerns from the staff and to get an update on the classification and pay survey.

Leslie Mason and I complied these concerns and with the consensus of the other members we wrote a letter to Dr. Arnet Mace, and Andy Brantley.

We meet with Andy Brantley January 15, 2004, and hand delivered the letter at that time.
In attendance were Brad Brown, Leslie Mason and Barbara Galvond. Andy Brantley was very receptive and helpful.

 On January 28, 2004 we meet with Arnet Mace, and Andy Brantley. Our letter along with the suggestions was published in the Feb 16 issue of columns.

 Feb. meeting was our review of our meeting with Any Brantley and Arnet Mace. 

March -was a regular meeting; we arranged for Andy Brantley and Duane Ritter to attend our April committee meeting and opened the meeting to all staff. 

April- Andy Brantley and Duane Ritter meet with us and answered some questions again
Complied form suggestion forms our committee and staff.

 May we had a regular since many of our members did not know if they would be back or not we decided not to have another meeting till Aug. when we will know what members are returning.
