In the absence of Sarah Fraker (President) and George Russell (Vice President), Robyn Ansley presided over the meeting.
Robyn welcomed our guests Robert Wentworth, Dena Roth and Kim Scott from the UGA Environmental Safety Division.
A very informative program was presented highlighting the many resources available to everyone on campus to maintain a healthy working environment. Pamphlets were distributed and we were encouraged to check the web site www.esd.uga.edu for available educational opportunities. They also stressed their willingness to evaluate our working areas upon request.

Committee reports.
Legislative: LaBau Bryan reported that the committee members will take turns checking the legislature and the Board of Regents. New information will be posted to the listserv.
Pay and Classification: Suzanna reported that the committee will present suggested changes to the Pay and Classification system to Duane Ritter during their next meeting on January 10.
Communication: December issue of the newsletter will be out soon.
Needs and Concerns: No report.
Matt Winston, our new liaison with President Adams, was welcomed to our meeting.
Sige Burden, Human Resources, reminded us of our invitation to the Holiday Celebration. He also advised that our insurance cards will be mailed to everyone by year end..
Executive Committee Report: Brenda Keen announced the January 10 meeting will be held on the 4th floor of Rusk Hall and will be a reception for Andy Bradley. Everyone should make a special effort to be there There will be no Executive Council meeting in December
